La Salle Water Polo Competes for PA Eastern Conference Championship

The La Salle College High School Water Polo team enters the Pennsylvania Eastern Conference Championship Tournament this weekend as the fourth seed. The Explorers concluded an 18-7 regular season with an 8-6 victory over Perkiomen Valley on Wednesday, October 20, 2010. A finish in the top four at this weekend's Conference Championships would catapult the team into its second consecutive Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) State Tournament berth. The Junior Varsity team finished its season with a perfect 11-0 record.
