The La Salle College High School Swimming Team won its twenty-third consecutive Philadelphia Catholic League Championship on Saturday, February 5 and Sunday, February 6, 2011 at Widener University.
The team provided a well-balanced scoring effort through out the weekend. The team captured 1st place in all three relays (200 medley relay, 200 freestyle relay, and 400 freestyle relay). In addition, there were multiple All-Catholic Awards presented to swimmers finishing in the top six of their respective events. Eric Schultz '12, David Speese '11, Joe Maginnis '13,Luke Maguire '12, Sean Regan '13, J.P. Kelley '12, Chris Szekely '13, Evan Holder '13, and Chris Catalino '11 were named 1st Team All-Catholics while Ryan Pospisil '12, Chris Nunnari '11, Greg Rogers '13, and James Palmer '14 were named 2nd Team All-Catholics.
