Swim Team Wins 24th Consecutive Catholic League Championship

The La Salle College High School Swim Team won it's 24th consecutive Catholic League Championship on February 18, 2012 at La Salle University. The program has won every PCL Championship since 1989.

The Explorers also won the District XII Championship for the 4th straight season. La Salle has won the District XII title every year since joining the PIAA.

During the 2011 season, the Explorers set 4 Catholic League Records, including one PIAA State Record in the 200 Yard Medley Relay by the team of Joe Maginnis, David Speese, Luke Maguire & Eric Schultz.

The 2012 PIAA State Championship Meets will be held at Bucknell University starting March 14th. Last year at the PIAA State Championships, the Explorers finished as the state runner-up behind Hershey High School - the best finish in school history for the Explorers.
