Alumni Explorers Representing the United States at World Rowing Championships
Pat Eble '12 & Emmett Gross '12 will be participating in the World Junior Championships and Sean McKenna '08 will be rowing in the World Senior Championships in Bulgaria August 15-19, 2012

La Salle College High School Rowing Alumni Sean McKenna '08, Patrick Eble '12 and Emmett Gross '12 will be participating in the World Rowing Junior and Senior Championships in Plovdiv, Bulgaria from August 15-19, 2012.

Sean McKenna '08 will be rowing in the Lightweight Men's Eight in the World Rowing Senior Championships. This is McKenna's first time on the national squad.

Eble will be rowing in the Men's Eight at the World Junior Championships. He finished fifth in the Men's eight at the 2011 World Rowing Junior Championships.

Gross will be rowing in the Men's Spare Pair also at the World Junior Championships. This is Gross's 1st time rowing in the World Championships.

In addition to the World Junior and Senior Championships, Tyler Nase '10 rowed in the World Under 23 Championships in July in Trakai, Lithuania. His boat placed 7th in the World in the Lightweight Four.

USRowing is a nonprofit organization recognized by the United States Olympic Committee as the governing body for the sport of rowing in the United States.
