Hockey Team Vies For 2nd Consecutive State Championship on Saturday
The Explorers will face North Allegheny on Saturday at 4 PM at Ice Works in Aston, PA.

The La Salle College High School Varsity Hockey Team will face North Allegheny for the Pennsylvania High School State Championship on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at 4 PM at Ice Works in Aston, PA. The Explorers are vying for their 2nd consecutive PA State Title.

La Salle defeated Holy Ghost Prep 5-2 at the Wells Fargo Center last week to win their 3rd straight Flyers Cup Championship. North Allegheny defeated Peters Township 2-0 to win the Penguins Cup Championship on Wednesday, March 20th.
The Explorers have won four PA State Championships in school history (2012, 2009, 2009, 1998) and seven Flyers Cup Championships (2013, 2012, 2011, 2009, 2008, 1998, 1996).
