Lacrosse Team Advances to Catholic League Championship for 21st Consecutive Season
The La Salle College High School Varsity Lacrosse Team defeated Cardinal O'Hara 12-3 on Monday, May 20 in the Philadelphia Catholic League Semifinals.
The Explorers will now face Saint Joseph's Prep on Wednesday, May 22 at 6 PM at Plymouth-Whitemarsh High School for the PCL Championship. La Salle is going for it's 18th PCL Championship since 1993. The Explorers defeated the Hawks last year 8-7 in the 2012 PCL Title Game.
Saint Joseph's Prep and La Salle College High School have met in the PCL Championship Game every season since 2002 with the Explorers holding a 9-2 advantage in the title games. La Salle has played in the title game every season since PCL Lacrosse started in 1993 and holds a 17-3 record in the PCL Championship Game.

In the semifinals, Adam Schaal scored four goals and seven others scored for La Salle (17-2).
