Cross Country Team Wins Division 1 Title at Briarwood Invitational
The varsity team captured the Division 1 title, narrowly edging the #9 team in PA, William Tennet, 93-95.

The La Salle College High School cross country team opened the invitational portion of their schedule this past weekend in the Briarwood Invitational at Belmont Plateau. 

The varsity team captured the Division 1 title, narrowly edging the #9 team in PA, William Tennet, 93-95.  The team was led by Brendan Bilotta (16:44), Sean Princivalle (17:36), Stephen Paul (17:56), Brendan Price (17:59), and Eddie Goebel (18:04). 

The JV A team also captured the win in their race led by Corey Driscoll, Ryan Mitchell, and Matt McCarry.  The JV B team took 4th place behind Nick Camusi. 

And the Freshman team finished 2nd place behind the top 5 of David Kennedy, Tommy Farrell, Harison Baker, Jack Galbreath, and Greg Galbreath. 

he team has PCL Meet #4 this week and then travels to Carlisle next weekend for the Carlisle Invitational.
