Water Polo Team Advances To PIAA State Championships

The La Salle College High School Water Polo team went into hostile territory and shocked Number 3
seed Governor Mifflin in the opening round of the State playoffs 13-9 on Tuesday, October 23, 2013.
Goals were scored by Nick Dermo (5), Nick Stachel (4), Luke Chadwick (2), and Vince Everman (2).
The team now prepares for the PIAA State Championships held at Cumberland Valley on November 1st and 2nd.
Coach Duncheskie declared that Tuesday's win "was the biggest win for our program since joining the PIAA."
