Darius Madison '12, one of the leading scorers in the history La Salle College High School who also sent time in the Philadelphia Union's youth academy and played for the club's Youth Developmental Affiliate, will return to PPL Park on the Chester waterfront for this weekend's NCAA College Cup.

Darius Madison '12, one of the leading scorers in the history La Salle College High School who also spent time in the Philadelphia Union's youth academy and played for the club's Youth Developmental Affiliate (YDA) Continental FC (formerly FC DELCO), will return to PPL Park on the Chester waterfront for this weekend's NCAA College Cup. Madison, a sophomore at the University of Virginia helped the Cavaliers secure their first trip to the semifinal weekend since 2009. Virginia will face ACC rival Maryland in the nightcap of Friday's NCAA College Cup kickoff at 7:30 pm. Notre Dame, who Madison helped defeat earlier in the year by scoring both goals in UVA's shutout of the Fighting Irish, will face New Mexico in the earlier game at 5:00 pm. Madison has been instrumental in UVA's march to the finals of the College Cup by providing key assists and scoring big goals throughout the run.
