Crew Wins 2014 Lenape Invitational
The Varsity 8 won the Lenape Cup for the 2nd Consecutive Season

La Salle College High School Crew had a strong showing at the 2014 Lenape Invitational April 19, 2014 - winning 7 out of a 11 races.
The three standouts were the Freshman 8 winning the Freshman 8 final with a 4:58.50 time.
in the 2nd Lightweight 8 Final, which was a one on one race with St Augustine, La Salle rowed to 1st with a time of 5:02.37 winning by a 14.6 seconds.
The Varsity 8 light weight came in 1st in a field of 5 boats with a time of 4:39.80
The final and marquee race of the day, the Varsity 8 for the The Lake Lenape Cup was anyone's race all the way until the end. Lead changes were constant throughout the race but it came down to the last 200 meters with La Salle needing to hold on to small lead. St Augustine gave a strong effort, but came up short by .6 seconds giving the La Salle Varsity 8 the win and back to back Lenape Cup victories.
