44 Admissions Representatives Attend College Interview Day

Seniors interview with thirty colleges and universities spanning the eastern seaboard.

On Tuesday, October 4, 2016, the Class of 2017 at La Salle College High School participated in the school's annual College Interview Day. Held in the gymnasium, 44 admissions representatives from 30 different colleges and universities spanning the eastern seaboard attended the event. Five Deans of Admission from colleges and universities were also in attendance. La Salle is one of the few high schools in the nation that hosts an event of this kind. 287 seniors were scheduled for individual appointments with the colleges of their choice. In the exchange, seniors presented their transcripts, had the opportunity to provide additional personal information, and asked questions about the colleges and universities. The admission representatives benefited from getting to know the applicants and La Salle College High School beyond the applications, transcripts, and high school profile.

In addition to the annual College Interview Day, La Salle will host the Jesuit College Tour on Monday, October 24, 2016 and the Pennsylvania Association of Catholic Colleges on Monday, November 14, 2016. By mid-November, approximately 170 different colleges and universities will have been on La Salle's campus.
