Golf Team Wins Third Consecutive Philadelphia Catholic League Championship

The Explorers defeated Saint Joseph's Prep by 15 strokes to win their 15th golf championship since 2000.

The La Salle Golf Team posted five of the Top 10 scores to capture their third consecutive Philadelphia Catholic League Championship and 15th championship since 2000 (2017, 2016, 2015, 2013, 2012, 2010, 2009, 2008, 2007, 2006, 2005, 2003, 2002, 2001, and 2000). The Explorers overall score of 466 was 15 strokes better than Saint Joseph's Prep and 55 strokes better than Archbishop Carroll. Matt Law '19 fired a 1-over par round of 71 at JC Melrose Country Club to win the individual championship. He shot a 2-under par round of 32 on the front nine and a 3-over par 39 on the back nine.
