Hockey Team Wins AAA State Championship
The Explorers defeated Erie Cathedral Prep 7-1 to win the 5th State Hockey Championship in School History.

The La Salle College High School Varsity Hockey Team defeated Erie Cathedral Prep 7-1 on Saturday, March 19th to win the 2016 PIHL AAA Hockey State Championship.
This is the 5th State Championship in school history for the Explorers - 1998, 2008, 2009, 2012, & 2016.
Senior Goalie Harrison Feeney stopped 25 shots for the win, while Henry Kaechelin, Coty Thomas, Joe Mancuso, David Mester, Austin Master and Tyler Pohlig scored to lead the offense.
