Complete Online Application
All applicants must complete the online 8th Grade Application for Admission via our Application Portal. The fee for all applicants is $60.

Take Scholarship/Entrance Exam
All 8th grade students applying for 9th grade are required to take the Entrance Exam. All applicants will be considered for admission based on exam performance, prior and current academic achievement and recommendations.*
Please contact the Admissions Office to schedule a date to take the Entrance Exam.
3.
Submit Transcript
Please print the 2018-19 Transcript Request Form through your online account and submit to your Principal/Guidance Counselor.
- Final 7th grade report card
- Summary of most recent standardized test scores
- Most recent 8th grade marks
4.
Get Academic Recommendation
Please use the Recommendation Form through your online account. The form should be sent to a teacher, counselor or principal to complete through the online application system. Please be sure to have a personal conversation with the individual completing your recommendation before submitting the request. Only one academic recommendation is required. Personal recommendations can be emailed to the Admissions Office as well.
5.
Write Personal Essay
Your essay must be uploaded through your online account. The essay should be 2 to 3 paragraphs on:

Transfer Students
Each Spring, La Salle admits a small number of transfer students into grades 10 and 11. Students must have an "A/B" average and be in good standing at their present school. Top applicants will be interviewed by La Salle's Principal and the Dean of Enrollment Management.

International Students
La Salle College High School is part of a worldwide network of Lasallian schools present in over 80 countries. Over 1 million students are educated daily through the Lasallian network.
We currently have 18 international students attending La Salle College High School in Wyndmoor, PA. Our Coordinator of International Students Program works with and supports our international students on a daily basis.
Applicants from China and Korea
International students from China and Korea are required to work through the Cambridge Institute of International Education. The Cambridge Institute assists students through the admissions process and helps to ensure proper placement along with host families.

David Program
The David Program at La Salle College High School serves a unique group of college bound students with diagnosed mild learning differences in reading, writing, spelling, and/or math skills, attention issues, organizational difficulties, or memory processing problems.
The goal of the program is to provide remediation or compensatory strategies to help each student become as independent a learner as possible through increased knowledge of his strengths and weaknesses, applications of appropriate study strategies and growth towards self-advocacy.
David Program Admission Process
Students apply for admission into the David Program at the same time they apply for admission to La Salle College High School. In addition to the regular admissions process, the following is required for admission to the David Program:
- Interview with the Director of the David Program.
- Recent (within two years) psycho-educational or neuro-psychological evaluation.
8th grade students who may qualify for extended time on the Scholarship/ Entrance Exam are asked to submit all appropriate documentation at least two weeks prior to the exam date to the Dean of Enrollment Management via the Admissions Online Application Portal and via email to John Keenan, Director of the David Program.
David Program Tuition and Fees
Tuition for the 2018-2019 school year is $23,050. Tuition for the David Program is an additional $9,400.
