Technology Overview
La Salle’s strong academic program is enhanced by one of the most sophisticated computer networks available in secondary education today. Many administrators and teachers from area private and public schools visit our campus to learn about its infrastructure and to see the use of technology in the classroom. As a result of continual updating, La Salle has a 1-to-4 computer-to-student ratio.
La Salle has also met the rigorous standards set by Microsoft to be acknowledged as the only high school IT Academy in Pennsylvania. This means that La Salle has met the hardware and software specifications set by Microsoft that would be demanded of any technical institute. The Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer that teaches on site uses the same teaching materials that would be used by any other Microsoft Partner to educate on the subject.
