Overview

The 2012 season continued to show the accomplishments of the entire soccer program. The Freshman and Junior Varsity teams posted outstanding records of 13-1-2 and 14-2-1 respectively. Once again the Varsity team captured the Philadelphia Catholic League and City (District 12) Champiuonships. LaSalle was ranked #1 in the entire Philadelphia area and went to the Pennsylvania State semi-finals before losing to Wilson by a 1-0 score.

The season marked a continuation of excellence in the performance of the young men who represent LaSalle. No PCL soccer team has won more titles in the past 20 years than LaSalle. With seven PCL titles, two District 12 titles, and eight years of national rankings, the young men representing LaSalle have put and maintained a state and national reputation.
