Lasalle continued on its Prep school tour travelling to Lawrenceville to play at their on-campus rink. The game started slowly in the first period. Matt Williams scored the first goal off a loose puck created by a Brendan Jaquay shot. Lawrenceville scored two minutes later and the period ended 1-1.
After the ice cut, Lasalle found its form as they physically manhandled Lawrenceville. Nick Popoff found himself on a breakaway on the first shift of the period. The goalie made a pad save, but Andrew Romano, hustling up into the play, scored on the rebound. Nick Master got the second assist. Popoff scored the next goal on a quick, hard shot that beat the goalie's glove hand. Romano and Master assisted. Soon after, Matt Williams sent a pass to Jaquay who took a hard shot. The rebound fell right to Ryan Williams who made the score 4-1 and that's how the second period ended.
Soon into the third, Lawrenceville closed the gap to 4-2 on a power play goal that goalie Andrew King never saw. Lasalle quickly answered when Brett Supinski found himself on a 2 on 1 with Matt Williams. He got the puck to Williams who shoulder-faked left and shot the puck by the sprawling goalie. Lawrenceville made it 5-3 at the five minute mark of the period and applied a lot of pressure on a 5 on 3 power play. King stood tall and with an empty net, Ryan Williams selaed the game to make the final 6-3.
