Clubs & Activities
La Salle College High School offers a full range of student activities both extra-curricular and co-curricular. While the student activities program attempts to more fully implement the school's philosophy, the program also has several specific objectives. The student activities serve to:
1. provide experiences that meet and develop the academic, physical, social, and religious needs of the student body;
2. provide leadership opportunities for students;
3. provide wholesome outlets for the expression of responsible ideas and opinions;
4. help build a better sense of community and the need to serve in the community;
5. help develop the value of cooperation and responsibility;
6. help develop interests in activities that become lifelong pursuits.
The Activities Program is directed and coordinated by the office of Student Affairs. This office is responsible for: approving all activities and securing faculty moderators for each activity, coordinating the scheduling of all activity meetings and events, and promoting the various activities.
Over 82% of all La Salle students are involved in at least one school activity. Participation develops a closeness, a family atmosphere, and a more vibrant community because of the student activities program
