Eleven Juniors Recognized As Diocesan Scholars

La Salle College High School proudly announces that eleven outstanding and ambitious current juniors were recently recognized as Diocesan Scholars. The Diocesan Scholars Program, in its twenty-fourth year, is run through the Office of Catholic Education of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia in partnership with 12 local Catholic colleges and universities. The program offers exceptional high school students the unique opportunity to take one to two courses per semester on a local college campus for free during their senior year.

The following rising seniors are committed to taking on the additional academic load of college courses while maintaining a rigorous academic schedule, including a heavy load of Advanced Placement© courses, and full participation in the life of school here at La Salle. We commend them for their intellectual curiosity and drive for learning. They will study at either Chestnut Hill College, St. Joseph’s University, or Villanova University starting in the fall.
