Tennis Team Wins 7th Consecutive Catholic League Championship
The Varsity Tennis Team defeated Saint Joseph's Prep 5-0 on April 30, 2013 at La Salle University to win the Philadelphia Catholic League Championship.

The La Salle College High School Varsity Tennis Team defeated Saint Joseph's Prep 5-0 on April 30, 2013 at La Salle University to win the Philadelphia Catholic League (PCL) Championship. The title is the 7th consecutive PCL Tennis Title for the program (2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 & 2013).

The Explorers also finish the 2012-13 season undefeated in Catholic League play.

The team now advances to defend the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) District XII Title against the Philadelphia Public League Champion.

The City Championship Game will be played May 7, 2013 at Legacy Youth Tennis Center (formerly Arthur Ashe).
