Tennis Team Wins 4th Consecutive PIAA District 12 City Championship
The Varsity Tennis team defeated Public League Champion Central High School 5-0 to win the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) District 12 City Championship.

The La Salle College High School Varsity Tennis team defeated Public League Champion Central High School 5-0 to win the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) District 12 City Championship.
In singles action, Christian Lutschaunig defeated R.J. Cherry, 6-4, 6-2. Pete DeWitt defeated Tyrel Cherry, 6-1, 6-0. R.J. Napolitano defeated Trevor Valentine 6-0, 6-0.
In doubles action, Mike O'Connor and John Neufeld defeated Tarik Bassal and Andi Agoli 6-0, 6-0. Mitch Abramo and Charlie Newell defeated Bijan Makerech and Avery Mitchell 6-0, 6-0.
With the team win, the Explorers advance to the PIAA Team Tournament for the 4th straight season.
