The La Salle College High School Varsity Football Team will face Saint Joseph's Prep on Friday, October 11th at 7 PM at Plymouth-Whitemarsh High School.

The matchup between two Philadelphia Catholic League powers is receiving major media coverage by local media outlets with two opportunities for the Explorer community to vote in online competitions.

Friday night's PCL matchup will be the featured 'Game of the Week' on Channel 6abc's "High School Huddle Show" with featured highlights. Tune in to 6abc at 11:30 pm or "DVR-it" or catch a recap of all the action on

As part of 6 ABC's coverage fans will have a chance to vote in an online "School Spirit Contest" - Vote for La Salle HERE.

Voting runs until Friday October, 11th at 5:30 PM with the winner announced on High School Huddle at 11:30 PM.

The game is also competing in NBC10's "High School Blitz" Game of the Week online voting competition. High School Blitz is a show which highlights Friday night high school football games in the Philadelphia region. It airs every Saturday night at 7 p.m.

To vote for La Salle vs SJP as the Game of the Week, visit the NBC10 Web Site or text 2 to the number 610-624-4111. Voting runs through Wednesday, October 9th with the winner announced on Wednesday's NBC News at 11 PM.

Tickets will be sold in the Student Affairs Office at La Salle Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 am until 1:30 pm. Tickets will only be sold during that time period. NO EXCEPTIONS.
