La Salle College High School defeated Saint Joseph's Prep in overtime on Monday, March 17, 2014 to win their fourth consecutive Flyers Cup Championship. The 5-4 victory gave the Explorers their sixth championship in seven years and a berth in the Pennsylvania State Championship game against Peters Township - the winner of the Penguins Cup - on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at Pegula Ice Arena in State College, PA.

La Salle overcame a three goal deficit as senior Andrew Romano, who assited on all three of La Salle's first three goals, tied it up on a scramble in front of the net to send the game into overtime.

Sophomore Coty Thomas scored his second goal of the game at 3:46 into the overtime period to cap off an amazing comeback by the Explorers. Sophomore goalie Harrison Feeney, playing in back-to-back overtime games, made 27 saves for the Explorers. Senior Collin Gustafson and freshman Albert Washco also scored for La Salle.
