Track and Field Team to Compete in PCL Championships This Weekend
The field events begin at 10:00am and the running events at 1:00pm on May 10th at Upper Darby High School.

The La Salle College High School Track and Field team will compete in the PCL Championship this Saturday, May 10th at Upper Darby High School. The field events begin at 10:00am and the running events at 1:00pm.
The team will be led by top qualifiers - sophomore Charles Headen in the 100 and 200, senior Levi Hardy in the 110m HH, freshman Alex Sislo in the triple jump, junior Eddie Eason in the pole vault, and junior Grant Jones in the javelin.
The Explores had a great day in the PCL Trials at O'Hara on Tuesday qualifying 3 athletes to the final in the 100 (first time in school history), 2 in the 110m HH, 2 in the triple jump, 2 in the shot put, and 2 in the discus.
The Explorers are defending champions but Cardinal O'Hara captured the league title during Indoor Track & Field and will be very strong. A full recap will be posted following the meet.
