La Salle Celebrates 100 Seasons of Football

Over 300 people, which included eight decades of former players, returned to La Salle College High School on Saturday evening, October 18, 2014 to celebrate 100 Seasons of La Salle Football. The highlight of the evening was a 10 minute video produced by Matt Sinnott '06 using video and photos compiled by Bill Wasylenko '69. The former neighbors collaborated across 3,000 miles as Matt is currently a film producer in Los Angeles. The evening provided an opportunity for former players and coaches to catch-up and reminisce and former and current parents to continue to support their son's passion for football. Guests were greeted by the sounds of Pep Band who were playing in the front of the school as well as all of the varsity players who lined the entrance way wearing their white game jerseys. Hundreds of photos and pieces of football memorabilia were on display.
