Calling All Alumni - Join the Mentor Program

Last week was the first official class day at La Salle, and the next "class" of the La Salle Alumni Mentor Program will begin shortly as well. We hope you'll be a part of it!

We are calling for both mentors and mentees to the program – for alumni mentors, are you eager to share knowledge of your industry with another generation of Explorers? For alumni mentees, are you new to the workforce and looking for friendly advice and guidance from a fellow alumnus?

The mission of the La Salle College High School Alumni Mentor Program is to foster mentoring relationships among alumni to help support community and networking amongst our alumni, and to enhance the professional development of our young alumni by providing them with personal and career development opportunities.

By completing the registration form at www.lschs.org/mentor, the committee will be able to best match you with a mentor or mentee for an approximate formal pairing over a three-month period of time. Each pairing will be provided with a brief orientation to the program, and the LMP Committee will help guide each relationship to full "win-win" potential. While each mentor-mentee relationship is different, each pairing can expect about a 1 to 2-hour commitment per month. Pairings do not necessarily need to be in Philadelphia-area, either – we welcome alumni from around the country and globe to be a part of the program.
