Class of 2019 Gathers for Junior Class Retreat

The theme of this year's retreat was "Choices."

The Junior Class Retreat took place on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at two locations: St. Joseph In Ambler and St. Luke The Evangelist in Glenside. It was the first entire underclass retreat to travel off-campus dividing evenly into two locations.

The juniors were accompanied by fourteen faculty members and sixteen senior leaders. The senior leaders for the retreat were Hunter Bradbury, Dylan DeBrakeleer, Kyle Morse, Tom Price, Jack Reckner, Jackson Schwarz, Brendan Sweeney, Royce Xu, Jason Bempah, Chris Forsyth, Quinn Giongo, Tom Nagle, Kyle Natter, Eugene Pinder, Joe Rossi, and Chris Troemel.

Tom Nagle, Tom Price, Jack Reckner, and Joe Rossi each shared a reflection with the juniors that expressed the theme of the retreat, CHOICES. The juniors also heard reflections from two faculty members, Mark Chesnik and Mike McCabe.

The juniors had opportunities for personal and group reflections throughout the day. The day began with Mass in La Salle's auditorium celebrated by Fr. Bernie Farley.
