Crew Team Wins Lake Lenape Invitational
The JV8, Lightweight A and B 8+, 2V, 3V, and V4 all finished first in their races.

The La Salle Crew Team raced Saint Augustine Prep, Chaminade High School, Roman Catholic High School, and Saint Peter's Preparatory on Saturday, 3/31 at the Lake Lenape Invitational.
Prior to the races, the teams gathered on the banks of the lake and celebrated team unity through a prayer service commemorating the significance of the day, Holy Saturday.
After the prayer service, the races immediately started. Due to the hectic spring weather, this was the first race for the freshmen-novice program and they will look to further their experience in upcoming weekends.
The JV8, Lightweight A and B 8+, 2V, 3V, and V4 all finished first in their races. The V8 finished third to Chaminade and Saint Augustine. Through a unified effort across the program, La Salle was able to garner the Lake Lenape points trophy.
The La Salle crew seeks to further their success and improve even further as they race for the Lasallian Cup on Saturday 4/7 in Lewisburg, PA versus Central Catholic of Pittsburgh and St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute of Buffalo, NY followed by Flick #3 on Sunday 4/8 in the afternoon on the Schuylkill River.
