This past weekend, La Salle College High School's theater department performed the hilariously funny, Tony Award winning best musical, The Drowsy Chaperone, to yet another year of sell-out crowds.

This year's ensemble cast was anchored by senior Jack Gimple as the Man in the Chair, and featured seniors Patrick Mizzoni as Robert, Jacob Weyand as Underling, Kevin Gill as Aldolpho, Matthew Harkins as George, Ryan Cramer as Mr. Feldzieg, along with Junior Jack Kennedy and sophomore Patrick Calhoun as the gangsters.

In addition, the cast included girls from several area schools and featured the talents of GMA senior Lauren Esser as Janet, along with Mount seniors Audrey Trullinger as Kitty, Annie Meko as Mrs. Tottendale, Nina Chae-Gordon as Trix, and Sarah Hodgson as The Drowsy Chaperone. Rounding out the production were Dance Captains, GMA senior Sophie Craig and sophomore Nathan Esser; the orchestra was conducted by senior Dylan DeBrakeleer; sound manager, senior Martin Csongradi; Senior Stage managers John Santoro and Ben Lemay, and lighting by junior Ian Mattson.
