Seniors Represent LSCHS at Annual Lasallian Youth Summer Assembly

Over 15 schools from the United States, Italy, Canada and France joined together in community at Manhattan College to learn more about the Lasallian Pillars of Faith, Service and Community.


Six Members of the Class of 2019 and two faculty members represented La Salle College High School at this year's Lasallian Youth Summer Assembly at Manhattan College. The theme this year was "Lasallians Without Limits" with the goals to develop personal and communal leadership skills, ways to advocate for justice, the development of Lasallian formation with and for our students.

The assembly also focused on the three Lasalllian pillars of faith, service, and community. Students participated in 2 days of service, and 2 days of presentations on leadership, social justice, what it means to be a brother and sister, and more.

LYSA18 was hosted at Manhattan College in the Bronx, and welcomed 15 schools from the USA, Italy, Canada, and France.
