WEXPtv is La Salle College High School's student-run media network which provides multimedia content for the La Salle Community through various school-afilliated media outlets.
Students produce a weekly news broadcast focusing on the news of the week at La Salle including academics, activities, athletics, the arts and student life. Students can get involved with WEXPtv by enrolling in a media production course or signing up for the activity with the Director of Multimedia Technology in the TV Studio.
In addition to producing a weekly broadcast, students have the ability to produce social media content, provide photography, produce podcasts on iTunes, and work in the field to produce video content.
The goal of the program has shifted as the media landscape his shifted... students creating digital content for the La Salle Community 24/7 and getting this content shared through our various social media and digital outlets to prepare these students for success in the constantly changing world of media communications.
