WEXP Special Report - Course Registration

Re-enrollment

The completion of the re-enrollment process for each student from year-to-year is required.  All returning students are required to pay the $300 nonrefundable re-enrollment fee. This fee represents a $50 roster processing fee and a $250 credit toward your son’s 2022-2023 tuition. 

You may declare your intent and process your payment by completing the re-enrollment form online here. We ask that all families complete the re-enrollment process by Friday March 4, 2022. Please note that the payment screen will appear after you click submit for the re-enrollment form. If you have questions regarding the re-enrollment form, please contact me at wheatleyc@lschs.org. All tuition related questions may be directed to the Business Office. 

Lastly, in order for us to prepare for future transportation needs, all families are required to complete the transportation form. If you have questions regarding transportation, please contact the Dean of Students Office. 

Course Selection Timeline for Rising Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors 

Prior to initiating course selections online, we would first ask students and parents to take a moment to review the timeline outlined below, which details important deadlines and information regarding this year’s Course Selection process: 

 

February 14th – March 9th 

Course Selection Education & Course Approvals  

Students have been provided with information regarding graduation requirements and available course options in their Group Advisory classes. Students were given pre-approval by their respective teachers or Department Chairperson(s) for courses that have pre-requisite requirements. 

 

March 10th - March 28th 

Online Course Selection Window 

The window for students to complete their online course selection. This is required for every current student. All Group Advisory classes will meet during the Course Selection window, where students will have the opportunity to consult with their respective counselor and to ask questions about courses and the course selection tool. 

 

April, May, and June 

Course Request Approvals 

During the months of April and early May, counselors will be reviewing and approving all student course requests. By late June, a verification will be sent to all students and parents via email, confirming the list of courses that will be scheduled for them over the summer.
