STEM Camp

We are excited to offer TWO unique and engaging weeks of La Salle STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) Camp for Summer 2026! Each session of the 5 full days of camp will include hands-on discovery and creative problem-solving related to the weekly theme. An exciting team challenge approach makes learning stimulating, engaging and fun.
Camp Hours: 9 am – 2 pm (Drop off as early as 8:30 am, pick up as late as 2:30 pm)
Cost: $500 per session, $950 for both sessions
For: Boys and Girls entering grades 5,6,7, and 8

Session 1: July 27-31, 2026
Theme: The Incredible Human Machine

Do you ever imagine yourself as a doctor or biomedical engineer? In Session 1 of STEM Camp, you will be immersed in engaging lessons in the world of health care and the human body. Activities will include building a prosthetic hand, creating a model of the heart, understanding the complexities of our senses, and dissecting a real cow eye. By the end of this week, you will appreciate all that the human body has to offer, and what truly makes it an incredible machine! In addition to STEM-related activities, Friday will include a free pizza lunch, swimming (rain or shine), and a closing ceremony!
Session 2: Monday, August 3 – 7, 2026
Theme: Ecoengineering the Cities of Tomorrow

Calling all future engineers and scientists! This week you will have the opportunity to apply the exciting concepts of biofuels, solar, wind, and water energy to build your own sustainable city! During the morning sessions, you will be immersed in engaging lessons and hands-on activities that include building a hovercraft, solar cars, and other design challenges that will prepare you to construct a city model with your team in the afternoon. Prizes will be awarded for the most creative and sustainable cities! In addition to STEM-related activities, Friday will include a free pizza lunch, swimming (rain or shine), and a closing ceremony!
