Coach Duncheskie has led the swimming program for seven seasons, and has been a member of the program for twenty-three years.

Starting his role as Head Coach of La Salle College High School's Varsity Lacrosse team is Rob Forster, class of '05. Forster played lacrosse for LSCHS between 2003 and 2005, lettering three times in lacrosse and three times in football, as well as helping the Explorers win the 2004 PIAA Boy's Lacrosse Championship. He was twice named to the All-State and All-American Teams in lacrosse and earned All-Catholic recognition in Football. Forster would go on to play lacrosse at Penn State where he had his team's best shot-on-goal percentage at .762, leading the team in scoring from 2007 to 2009. Forster has previously coached at the Academy of the New Church, where he boasted a 76-20 record and won five straight Friends Schools League titles, as well as coaching at LSCHS as Offensive Coordinator from 2010 to 2013. From 2015 to the present, Forster has served as the program director for the Duke's Young Guns Lacrosse Club and as the Philadelphia Under Armour Coach from 2016 to 2018. Most recently, he served as the Video Coordinator for the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Resch is the Associate Head Coach and Defensive Co-ordinator for La Salle College High School's Varsity Lacrosse team. His experience in the game of lacrosse is extensive as he was a player for William Penn Charter School and an All-American at Yale University. After college he went on to play for the World Champion 1990 United States World Team and to be the Head Coach at the William Penn Charter School and for Philadelphia's professional indoor team the Wings. Coach Resch has served as the Head Coach of the Two time World Champion (MLL) Philadelphia Barrage. He earned the 2006 & 2008 MLL "Coach of the Year" award along with his team championships. Mr. Resch also served as an assistant coach for the World Champion 2010 United States World Team. He was the Defensive Coordinator for the MLL Chesapeake BayHawks from 2012-2014, and Defensive Coordinator for the MLL Charlotte Hounds in 2015-2016. Coach Resch was the head coach for the Bronze Medal winning 2015 US Men's Indoor team. In 2018, Coach Resch was an assistant coach for the US Men's Lacrosse team.
Coach Harrington attended
Germantown Academywhere he was a 2 year starter, and a First Team All Inter-AC, player, and MVP of the 1990 PA State Championship Game. Coach Harrington then went on to play 4 years at First Team All State Loyola Universityin , making 4 trips to the NCAA playoffs as a Long Stick Midfielder and Defenseman. Baltimore MD

He is a member of the Germantown Academy Athletic Hall of Fame.
Coach Dougherty '00 was a face-off specialist for the 2000 PCL Championship team. He went on to play at West Chester University. Coach Dougherty has been an assistant coach since 2014 specializing in face-offs, wing play, and managing the substitution box. Mr. Dougherty is also the Dean of Enrollment Management at La Salle College High School.
