Now in its 20th year, La Salle partners with Committee to Benefit the Children to provide Christmas presents for the oncology and hematology patients (and their siblings) at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children. Despite constraints imposed by COVID-19, La Salle will continue to bring the miracle of Christmas to these families; however, it is imperative that all participants adhere to the guidelines for the program. All gifts MUST BE PURCHASED ONLINE and SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO THE SECRET SANTA WAREHOUSE IN EAGLEVILLE. No gifts can be brought to La Salle. Any family who would like to purchase a gift(s) should visit www.myregistry.com and search for La Salle College High School. The following direct link can also be used and/or shared https://www.myregistry.com/giftlist/lasallesecretsanta A "Wish List" or "Gift List" for the children will open and you must create a login. Directions can be found under the "Welcome Message" at the top of the webpage. Each gift MUST be accompanied by a gift receipt that has the child's name. Without that gift receipt, we will not know the recipient of the present. All presents MUST be shipped to Secret Santa, 100 South Trooper Road, Eagleville, PA 19403. There will be limited opportunities for students and their parents to help with the program. Look for information regarding these volunteer opportunities in the coming days. Questions can be directed to Mr. Carabello at (215) 402-4810 or carabello@lscshs.org

A Message from Brother James Butler, FSC

As most of you will have seen, Governor Wolf has issued orders extending the closing of schools. The tentative earliest date schools may reopen is now set for Monday, April 6, 2020. As all of us have come to appreciate, this date is a guarantee written in water. Depending on the progress of the disease and the success of containment and suppression activities, this date will be subject to further extension if need be.
