Transportation Selection Form 2026-2027

Dear La Salle Parent,

ALL families must complete the Transportation Selection Form each year. Below you will find the transportation options and applicable fees for the 2026-2027 school year. Please read them over carefully and select the option that best serves your needs.

If you choose Private Busing please select two-way or one-way for busing; or the appropriate train station for shuttle service. You will then need to choose the desired bus route from the drop down menu and fill in the pick-up location. The routes and corresponding stops can be found on the La Salle webpage under STUDENT LIFE>Dean's Office>TRANSPORTATION. *No payment is required at this time if you choose Private Busing. You will be billed by the business office in your tuition payment plan option.

If you choose School District Busing you will be required to identify the school district in which you live and will be transporting your son.
